Should the above dog(s) to my knowledge come into contact with infectious diseases during three weeks prior to the date of the heat for which I/we have entered, I/we agree that they will not compete

Dogs competing must have current inoculation/booster certificates for ALL recognized canine diseases, including parvovirus

I/we agree to abide by the conditions for the running of the tests as determined by the organizers and to accept any decision made by the judges
