A change of venue this year, as once again the Labrador Retriever Club of Wales host this charity event. We were lucky enough to gain permission from Torfaen Borough Council to use the Garn Lakes site and a thoroughly enjoyable day out it proved to be.

The first 4 placings will go forward to the Save the Children final and I’m sure all members will join with me in wishing them every success.

To all who competed or helped in any way with this event, thank you so much; it’s heart breaking when we see or hear dreadful scenes of child poverty or deprivation but at least we’ve tried in our small way to help ease the situation.
