Calling all retrievers! An exciting opportunity to qualify your dog for a prestigious final where the best working test dogs will compete against each other. Dogs of any standard may enter the heats where exercises will be designed to enable the dogs to prove themselves able to mark, handle and display hunting ability and initiative. The aim is to provide an enjoyable day with as many handlers and dogs as possible taking part and to encourage others to take up the enjoyable sport of working retrievers.

The top four dogs in heat heat will qualify for the finals hosted by the Osberton Estate in Nottinghamshire by kind permission of the Foljambe family. Osberton has hosted many gundog events in the past and provides the kind of venue that can only be obtained on an estate where country pursuits were a consideration in its creation.

£10 per dog, enter in advance (please enclose stamped addressed envelope) or £10 on the day (last entries 12.30 p.m).
