Declaration, Undertaking and Agreement ....
I HEREBY DECLARE that I enter the dog or dogs as above subject to the Rules
and Regulations of the Irish Kennel Club and of this Trial and which dogs are
not vicious and that they have not suffered from or been exposed to the risk
of distemper or any other infectious or contagious disease during the last six
months and I HEREBY AGREE not to compete with them or bring them within the
precincts of the Trial if they incur such a risk or suffer from any such disease.
In consideration of my entry being accepted I HEREBY AGREE and undertake to
abide by the rules and Regulations and to indemnify the Field Trial promoters
and the Irish Kennel Club in respect of any damage or loss caused by my entries
or by me and I CONSENT to any decision of the IRISH Kennel Club arising therefrom
being published.
